Beth was friendly & inviting from the get go when I had to call because my mindbodyonline was being finicky. Fast forward to the 10 am almost full class--I started Barre3 over 5 years ago when the first studio in Columbus opened--and I love this workout because it is always evolving! It seemed a bit more heart revving, but still awakened those legs and tush with the all too familiar quakes & shakes! The only problem is I probably wont' be able to sit tomorrow! Both locations are awesome Powell is a bit larger with more light!
Barre3 is an amazing mind-body workout! I leave class feeling stronger, more energized, less stressed, and more relaxed. Barre3 has changed/toned my body more than any other workout I've done (and helped me get back in shape after having a baby). The instructors are so supportive and nice, and help you modify the workout to fit your needs (I did Barre3 during my pregnancy and started back 8 weeks postpartum). The studio is beautiful and bright. My two sons love coming with me because they love the child care too!
After four years, I still feel an incredible workout and the bonus of female empowerment to boot.
