So found out today this location is "under new management" AGAIN and refuse to deliver to our residence, which is 3.6 miles away. We have been ordering there for years!! BIG MISTAKE!!! I have a ton of teenagers coming over before Homecoming and that wouldve been a HUGE order. They told us that Muirfield was our store, well its NOT. So, new MANAGER who HUNG UP on my husband, you just lost a life long customer! A very good customer too, they couldnt find us in their computer. Well I am sure I can find a few reciepts. We save everything. I will be contacting corporate. By the way, in this area.. most of your customers are in the country. Good luck keeping your small radius that you keep. In doing so you will have A LOT of compititon. *rude and rediculous!!!* still cannot believe the manager actually hung up on us.
Pizza was more than 30 minutes late! We ordered online at 3:15 for a 6:45 delivery and the pizza arrived at 7:15. We called to inquire about the status, was told to call back and when we did the employee on the phone was rude and provided numerous excuses as to why it was late (traffic being one of the excuse...uh, hello we live in the burbs away from town...at 7pm, there's little to no traffic). As my husband expressed is frustration (all without yelling or any type of profanity) the employee on the phone hung up on him. Although my kids love Papa Johns we will NOT be back for a long time!
Half ass effort, disgusting pizza. Surprised the store is still open since there are so many good pizza places in Powell. Don’t bother ordering from the pizza place managed and run with white trash turds that couldn’t get a job anywhere else.

Yea, I'm not sure what's up with this particular Papa John's. I actually really enjoy papa John's. I'm a big fan of their crust and sauces. However, this location is ALWAYS messing up orders, are out of toppings, unless you get double toppings they barely put any on at all, and Lord forbid you call in to try and help them make it better for the next person, because you will get talked to like you're the joke, not them, and the manager sounds like he is high and just really doesn't care at all about how crappy the food and service is. The owner needs to take all these reviews into consideration and start fixing the problem. I expect more coming from the Powell area!!!
