We are a business that placed an on-line order at 11:31 A.M today and have yet to receive the order. We knew it would be at least 40 mins. But after an 1 1/2 hours we have not received the order. The manager assures me that the order went out 10-15 mins. ago and that he has only ONE driver. The driver told me he was the manager but this was not the "manager" I spoke with on the phone to complain. The order arrived at 1:10 p.m. Pizza is cold. A deep dish-cold pizza is not my idea of good. Of course, no offer of comping the meal has been offered. Maybe they should not be accepting on-line delivery orders if they are unable to deliver them in a timely manner??!! We will not use the "Pizza" Place again. HORRIBLE.

Large pepperoni pizza has changed over the past few years to a point where it is void of cheese.. nothing but crust and pepperoni...where did the cheese go ?? As a long time customer hate to switch but please bring back some cheese flavor ...
Pizza is good, price not as good. There are just a lot of better options in the area.
