I left with more polish on my fingers than my nails. Nails are not filed well, almost cut myself with them. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
This by far was the best nail experience I have had ever. The lady who did my nails was fantatic! We had great conversation and she actually cared if I liked shape of my nails. I am a nail biter so my nails are not easy to work with and she did an amazing job! Will definetly be recommending her to all my friends and taking my daughter back to get her a mani/pedi as well!
I had an appointment set with a friend of mine- which did not start until a half an hour after the set time. We both got the dip powder nails and although we were sitting next to each other- we got very different procedures done. My girl was rude and only did about half the things the other manicurist did. When I questioned why the color seemed so much lighter than I expected she told me they only dip once and it was my choice. It's been only 2 days and I have chipped nails already for a $50 service. I will not be back.
So so so rude. I used to go to this nail salon all the time but with each visit, they got progressively more and more rude. This last time, and the last time I will ever go, they told me the wait would be 10 minutes, to pick out a polish and have a seat. They filled the basin with warm water and I started soaking. A lady came in shortly after and also began to soak. I sat there for about 20 minutes and then asked again how long it would be. They told me 5 minutes. As the water got cold, the wait got longer. The lady that came in after me began getting her pedicure. I kindly reminded Tonya (the rudest of them all in my opinion - she is always so grumpy and so mean) that I had arrived first. She rolled her eyes at me and then snapped a very rude and annoyed 'oh, sorry" at me. The water was cold at this point and my feet were wrinkled. I got up and left. No one questioned me. No one apologized. It wasn't even busy when I was there. Never again. So incredibly rude.
Love Creative Nails spa. Great environment and very clean facility, super friendly staff. Lynn does an amazing job, my nails are beautiful.
