I have been to Wayne's on more than one occasion. Not only have they been honest, upfront and clear about my options, they have saved me a lot of money. Their customer service is great and they are true to their word. I have already recommended them to my friends.
After calling other shops and tire stores I called Jason and let him know the best offer I received. He did what he could to meet the lowest offer. It was a little higher but completely worth it.
D) The shop has a cool vibe, so even if you have to hang out and read a book it's good.
I learned about Wayne's from a mail flyer with a coupon for $99 AC recharge so I dropped my 2008 Honda Odyssey off. When they were completed they called and sent a text. During our phone discussion, Jason (the owner) shared that I needed new tires and provided me a quote. He followed up on our discussion by sending the detailed quote of different tires: makes/models with pricing. I was very satisfied with the AC recharge, but opted out of tires to do some price comparisons.

The work is top notch only second to their level of service. Very knowledgeable, work performed faster than anticipated. They know their stuff and it shows in the quality of work. Couldn't be happier.
