Too many things to list,. The unannounced visits by the landlord,. The pad locks when you are late on your rent the loss of business because they lock you out the fees oh the fees,. You can't park near the building for whatever reason, they don't maintain anything that is all up to the tenant. my friend has been through hell with this place! I wish she would relocate her business
Uptight management company. This creepy little shopping center. The Tennant is not allowed to park near the building even though the place is usually a ghost town. The weirdo overseeing things barges in unannounced even though they are required to give 24 hour notice per the lease. He came in to snoop after we left one day and left our suite unlocked. Everything is dumpy and unkempt, the dumpsters overflow, trees untrimmed hanging in the main driveway, parking lot disrepair. Tenants don't usually stay long. Need I say more, stay away! Oh. And the barking dogs my gosh what a disaster.
