I called ahead to ask if they accepted credit cards. I was told they did, but I was never told there would be a fee that amounted to 7% of the driver's license renewal total. Then when my picture was taken, I made it clear that I wasn't ready for it to be taken, but the clerk never offered to retake the picture. It would cost them nothing to provide better customer service.
People are very courteous and efficient. Prompt service!
Unbelievably rude. The staff at this location don't live up to the stereotype of a BMV.
Happy people, short lines. Drivers Liscense and License Plates. Titles are handled out of Rt23 location, but Powell office can do it for pickup the next day.
