Wow! Talk about customer service! It was my first time visiting this store and I was very pleased with the timely, welcoming, and informative service I received. The woman that helped me was very kind and meticulous-- I appreciated her care for my clothes. My only wish is that they had fittings for alterations-- then it would be a one stop shop! I look forward to going back. :)
Was very happy with how well they cleaned my fur throw, but even more impressed with the customer service! I love the drive through at the Powell location! It allows me to stay in the car with my baby on these dreary Ohio days!
I took in a 15 year old leather coat to be cleaned to the Powell location. It had never been cleaned before and it turned out looking just like new. The black color came back and is just beautiful. Thanks for a great job.
