These guys are great, consistent, and I appreciate the positive experience every time I patronize. I often have pretty complex packaging/shipping projects and Jim and Andy (father and son) do a terrific job. Always fast, efficient, and incredibly cost effective (> 50% cheaper than PakMail across the street), I give the Maurer Family UPS Store 5 Stars all the way. I'm sorry others have posted really negative reviews on here. Some folks are just angry about life... Keep up the good work, team.
Worst customer service ever experienced. Went to drop off my amazon return and workers did not greet me but gave nasty looks upon arriving as if I was interrupting them. Needless to say, there was not a single line. They were so unfriendly and unwelcoming that I refuse to patronize this location again. I would rather drive down the street to sawmill rd location.

Unless you want to be verbally abused by the owner (blonde older woman) I suggest you do your business elsewhere! The most unpleasant woman I've ever encountered. Don't brag about owning a business while you're screaming at (now former) customers.
