This was the 3rd time we have used Enterprise in Powell and every time we have had a great experience. The cars we have rented have had low miles and were very clean. The staff was professional and took time to answer any questions we had and explained things clearly.

Horrible people. Have absolutely no regard for their customers. Had a insurance rental. They gave me a Hyundai Elektra. The car smelled and was dirty. Went to power location they sent me to Dublin location. I get there and they don't have a car. Nobody pm either branch made even the slightest effort to help. I was a platinum member. I won't be renting from enterprise ever again.
